Prices and Payment?

The prices shown on denttobe.com are based on the amount ordered. For larger amounts, do not hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further discounts.

Scandinavian customers will have the choice between credit card payment or invoice(15 days). DENTTOBE reserves the right not to accept further orders from customers with unpaid invoices.

Reclamation?

We agree to discuss any reclamation case individually with the customer.

Shipping costs and Delivery?

We do not cover shipping costs except when agreed on, usually for especially large orders. If you think the amounts of material you are ordeding might warrant free shipping, please contact us directly.

We deliver our products within 1 to 5 days depending on the region where the products need to be delivered. Within Sweden we use Postnord's services and for international delivery we use FedEx. For special orders, the delivery time might vary.

Returns?

Unfortunately, for safety reasons we do not accept any returns. We sell medical material and can not take the risk of unsafe returned materials.
